Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellence in the design and build phases of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations. Solutions Architects are generally responsible for discovery, data, scripting, and/or integrations.
- Be a bridge for both business and technology by helping to identify, select, and deploy disruptive technologies in a way that maximizes value.
- Define Reference Architectures that support the rapid development of reliable, performant scalable applications and systems. Create reference implementations to guide our engineering teams.
- Act as a mentor to socialize reference architectures and reference implementations through training sessions and workshops.
- Working in project teams through agreed-upon phases of requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout of a client’s project lifecycle
- Developing marketing technology solutions with other team members
- Understanding data flows and the impact on analytics, CRM, channel delivery, and reporting
- Recognizing how marketing technology components interact and integrate
- Integrating marketing technology with third party systems
- Providing technical knowledge of various key technology and business platforms
- Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances
- Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
- Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives

- Leads and manages a team-off consultants and marketing operations team.
- Develop code using Ampscript, Javascript, SQL based on business needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with SFMC
- 5+ years experience with developing SQL
- 5+ years experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- 2+ years experience with AMPScript, Marketing Cloud SOAP APIs, Marketing Cloud REST APIs, and integration techniques
- Possess knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and all channel applications within the platform
- Expert level understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud methodology, which includes both implementation and technical Marketing Cloud expertise
- Experience leading enterprise-level discovery meetings and the capability to discuss requirements with audiences such as Marketing, IT, Operations, and Executive Leadership
- Experience leading a brand new implementation of an enterprise/multi BU SFMC instance
- Experience configuring Email Studio, Contact Builder, Advertising Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
- Experience with the Sales/Service Cloud to Marketing Cloud connector
- Ability to conceptualize and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Interaction Studio (Evergage)
- Experience with Salesforce CDP
- Experience with Implementing Mobile channels and Custom Activities
- Familiarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, SSO, and data encryption
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
- Experience Implementing 2+ full lifecycle projects of SFMC
- Experience as a people manager
